HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We ship most products within 1-4 business days. After that, items typically arrive to customers within:
USA: 2-5 business days
USA Expedited: 1-2 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
UK, most of EU: 3-7 business days
Australia, New Zealand: 8-20 business days
Rest of the World: 5-20 business days
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
HOW CAN I CONTACT THE CARRIER IF MY ORDER'S TRACKING HASN'T BEEN UPDATED?
If an order has been shipped and the tracking has not been updated 30 days from the date shipped, you may contact Support for further investigation.

CAN I CREATE A CUSTOM OR PERSONALISED PRODUCT?
Cristianni D'Argento allows customers to request a custom or personalised message card for your loved one. All you have to do is contact us via Etsy's messaging system or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON A CUSTOM & PERSONALISED PRODUCT?
If you purchase a customized item(s), unfortunately returns are typically not accepted unless your item arrives damaged. That being said, we do everything we can to make sure our items meet our customers expectations. If an item does arrive with defects, be sure to contact us within 14 days after delivery, that way we can decide if we are able to initiate a return process.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY YELLOW GOLD & CUSTOM NAME NECKLACE ARRIVES?
Our yellow gold & custom name necklaces take longer to arrive as they're shipped only from America at this point. We apologize for any inconvenience.
WHY SHOULD I GET CHARGED IF I NEED A REFUND?
Cristianni D'Argento is a third-party company and we are paying for your product to be delivered to you. Moreover, they cannot be restocked.
