The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
As all items are made for you to order and many of them are personalized, we will first take into consideration a return process.
If there's any problem with the order, the customer should contact this store's support and provide a photo showing the issue where possible. If there's damage or a defect with the item, the wrong item was received, or there was a mistake with engravings, we will refund you and you can purchase a new product from our store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE ONLINE LISTING
This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
